1. | Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). |
2. | Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. |
3. | Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. |
4. | Add the garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon to the pan. Sauté for another minute until fragrant. |
5. | Add the mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, and tomato paste to the pan. Mix well. |
