1. | Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). |
2. | Drain the tofu and press out as much liquid as possible. You can do this by wrapping the tofu block in a clean dish towel or paper towels and placing something heavy on top for 10-15 minutes. |
3. | Cut the tofu into small cubes or slices. |
4. | In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce or tamari, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well. |
5. | Add the tofu to the bowl and toss until it's well-coated with the marinade. |
6. | Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the tofu in a single layer. |
7. | Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and crispy on the outside. |
