7. 1/2 tsp paprika
8. Salt and pepper, to taste
9. 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
10. 2 tbsp olive oil

# Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mashed chickpeas, all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
3. Mix all the ingredients together until they form a thick batter.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet, pressing each fritter down slightly to form a round shape.
6. Cook the fritters for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown.
7. Place the cooked fritters on a baking sheet and transfer them to the preheated oven.
8. Bake the fritters for 10-12 minutes or until they are cooked through and crispy on the outside.
