1. | Cut the tofu into small cubes and toss with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until coated. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Pour the mixture over the tofu and stir to coat evenly. |

Tips:

- If you prefer a spicier stir-fry, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- This stir-fry is delicious served over rice or noodles.
