9. 1/2 cup vegetable broth

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Spread the bread cubes out on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until they are slightly browned and crispy.
3. In a large skillet, melt the vegan butter or heat the olive oil over medium heat.
4. Add the chopped onion and celery and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the minced garlic, sage, thyme, and rosemary and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
