1. 16 learg mshrooms,stems removed
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. 1 small onion, chopped
4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
6. 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
7. 1/2 cup chopped tomato
8. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
9. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
10. 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
11. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
12. Salt and black pepper to taste

# Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Place the mushrooms in a lightly oiled baking dish.
3. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
4. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.
5. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and tomato to the pan. Stir well to combine.
6. Cook the vegetable mixture for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
