13. 2 tbsp olive oil

15. 1 tsp dried basil
16. 1/2 tsp dried oregano
17. Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the cold, cubed vegan butter and mix with a pastry cutter or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Add the ice water one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together into a ball.
4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a 9-inch tart pan. Trim the excess dough and prick the bottom with a fork.
5. Bake the tart shell for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
