Ingredients for Veg Haka Noodles Recipe

# Ingredients
1. Noodle sticks,noodles(Ching's or any brand you want)
2. 1 Chopped onion, cabbage (thin vertical)
3. 1 inch Ginger, Chopped
4. 3-4 garlic cloves, Chopped
5. 1 green chilli, Thin chopped
6. 1 capsicum, Thin chopped
7. 1 cup Spring onion, Chopped
8. 1/2 cup Spring garlic, Chopped
9. Oil
10. Salt
11. Pepper
12. Water
13. Chilli souse
14. Soya souce
15. Vinegar or 3-4 t s lemon juice
16. Salt as per taste

Steps of Veg Haka Noodles Recipe

# Steps
1. Take 2-3 table spoon of oil in pen
2. Soute ginger,garlic, onions,green chillis and cabbage with mixing salt
3. Boil noodles in water for 10 minutes or as per your taste.(add 1 ts oil and salt to not to get noodles sticky)
4. After half soute this,leave veges half cooked and crunchy
5. Add boiled noodles after draining water from it
6. Add 3 ts soya source, 4 ts chilli souce,1 ts of vinegar or 2 ts of lemon joice
7. Give it tosts on high flame
8. Leave it to cook for 2 minute on high flame
9. Add salt if need.
10. Garnish with chopped spring onions and spring garlic..
