How to make Sugar Free Dry fruit Barfi ?

This barfi has no sugar added. It is very healthy and best for diabetic people and weight watchers.

# Ingredients
1. Almonds
2. Pistachio
3. Walnuts
4. Appricots
5. Figs
6. Ghee
7. Cardomoms
8. Rice crisps

Steps of Sugar Free Dry fruit Barfi Recipe

# Steps
1. Put apricots and figs in hot water for 20 mins.
2. Then remove water and grind it in a smooth paste and keep aside.
3. Take a nonstick pan, put 1tbsp ghee and roast all dry fruits and grind it to powder.
4. Now in the same pan add 1tbsp ghee and roast apricot and figs paste.
5. Saute for 5 to 7 mins.
6. Add rice crisps
7. Add powdered dry fruits and cardomon powder
8. Now mix everything and remove from gas
9. Put the mixture in a greased tray and refrigerate for 10mins to be set
10. Now cut into pieces and garnish with pistachios.
