10 cup spinach, chopped

3 tbsp green coriander leaves, chopped

3 green chilies

2 cup cottage cheese (Paneer)

3 tbsp oil

1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)

10 cloves garlic

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 cup yogurt

1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder

1/2 tbsp coriander powder

1/4 tbsp cumin powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

Steps
1.
Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water with salt for 2 minutes.

Drain and refresh with cold water. Squeeze out excess water.
3.
Place it into grinder with green chilies, coriander leaves and grind to a smooth paste.
4.
Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When seeds crackle add chopped garlic and sauté for a minute.
5.
Add onion and sauté till it becomes soft and translucent.
6.
Add yogurt in to it and mix well. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook for a minutes.
7.
Add spinach paste into it and bring to a boil.
8.
When it starts boiling, add cottage cheese (paneer) and mix well. Cook for five minute.
9.
Add lemon juice and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix well.
