9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
10. 1/4 tsp salt

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate large bowl, use a hand mixer to cream the vegan butter and coconut sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add in the almond milk and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
6. Fold in the raisins.
7. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
