1. | 6 brown bread or white bread slices |
2. | Green chutney |
3. | 1 cup processed cheese, grated |
4. | 1 cup Kidney beans, Soaked overnight |
5. | 1 green chili, chopped |
6. | 5 cloves garlic, chopped |
7. | 1 onion, chopped |
8. | 1 tomato, chopped |
9. | ¼ tbsp turmeric powder |
10. | ¾ tbsp chaat masala |
11. | 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped |
12. | Butter |
13. | Salt to taste |
Steps of Kidney Bean Sandwich Recipe

1. | Pressure cooks the Kidney beans with 3 cup water till it becomes cooked and soft. Drain the kidney beans and keep a side. |
2. | In a pan heat the 1 tbsp butter and add garlic and onion and sauté it for two to three minute. Add green chili, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. |
3. | Add tomato and sauté for four to five minute. Add coriander and chaat masal and mix well |
4. | Take bread slices and apply butter and green chutney on one side of each bread |
5. | Cut into Triangle and serve hot tomato ketchup. |
