1. 2 Litres of Full Fat Good Quality Milk
2. 1/4 tsp Elaichi Powder
3. 100g Sugar
4. 1 tsp Chopped Pista for garnishing

1. Take 1 Heavy Bottom Kadai or Pot and Add 2 litres of 2 Litres of Full Fat Good Quality Milk and put it on a big burner gas on a high flame.Stir it till it becomes like Rabdi.
2. Now take about 100g Sugar and mix the Rabdi
3. Stir it continuously and it shouldn't sit on the bottom of the pot.Slow down the flame.Now add a few strands of roasted Saffron into 1 tsp Milk and dissolve it.Add this to the Milk mixture.Once it starts to thicken and leave the pot,it mean it's ready.
4. Before switching off the stove,mix the mixture circularly to avoid lumps in the Peda mixture.Switch off the stove and add 1/4 tsp of Elaichi Powder and when it cools down,knead the dough Well and then give Peda shape with your hands or using a mould.
5. Press down a bit of Pista on the Peda.Let it rest for 1-2 hours.Your yummy and delicious like readymade Peda is ready.
6. The taste is really good and it's better than Milk Powder and Paneer Peda and it tastes same as Halwais Penda.
