Ingredients for kaju paneer masala recipe

# Ingredients
1. 4 medium sliced onion
2. 2 medium size tomato
3. 2 tbps ginger garlic paste
4. 200 gram paneer
5. 50 gram khoya(dhoodh no mavo)
6. 50-100 gram kaju
7. 2 tbps garam masala
8. 2 tsp haldi powder
9. 2 tsp dhaniyajeera
10. 2 tsp red chilli powder
11. 2 tsp salt
12. 1/2 cup oil
13. 2 tbps fresh cream
14. corriender leaves

Steps of kaju paneer masala recipe

# Steps
1. - add 1 tbps oil in kadai and add sliced onions in it ,, cook it untill it becomes brown,, than cooldown it completely
2. - now we have to boil tamotos so for that add 3-4 glass of water in any kadai and make it boil,, than add 2 tomatos and cook for 10 min ,, after 10 min cooldown tomatos complete
3. - now we fry paneer nd kaju ,, so for that take 1/2 cup oil in kadai and turn on gas witj medium flame,, add kaju in it and cook it untill it becomes golden ,,than take it out from kadai
4. - now add 200 gram paneer cubes and fry it untill becomes golden brown
5. - now we make paste of onions nd tomato so, first take onions in mixer jar and grind it ,, take it out ,, than add tomatoes and make fine paste
6. - now add 2 tbps ginger garlic paste into kadai nd cook for 2 min, than add onion paste and cook for 2 min
7. - than we add khoya and tomato paste and cook for 2 min
8. - now take one bowl and add all masala and some water ,, make fine paste
9. - add this masala paste in kadai and cook it for 2 min
10. - than we add fried kaju,paneer some corriender leaves,1 tbps fresh cream and cook for 2 min
11. - kaju paneer masala is ready to serve
12. - garnish it with some fresh cream,fried kaju, cheese and coriander leaves
