Steps |
1. |
- add 1 tbps oil in kadai and add sliced onions in it ,, cook it untill it becomes brown,, than cooldown it completely |

- now we have to boil tamotos so for that add 3-4 glass of water in any kadai and make it boil,, than add 2 tomatos and cook for 10 min ,, after 10 min cooldown tomatos complete |

- now we fry paneer nd kaju ,, so for that take 1/2 cup oil in kadai and turn on gas witj medium flame,, add kaju in it and cook it untill it becomes golden ,,than take it out from kadai |

- now add 200 gram paneer cubes and fry it untill becomes golden brown |

- now we make paste of onions nd tomato so, first take onions in mixer jar and grind it ,, take it out ,, than add tomatoes and make fine paste |

- now add 2 tbps ginger garlic paste into kadai nd cook for 2 min, than add onion paste and cook for 2 min |

- than we add khoya and tomato paste and cook for 2 min |
8. |
- now take one bowl and add all masala and some water ,, make fine paste |
9. |
- add this masala paste in kadai and cook it for 2 min |
10. |
- than we add fried kaju,paneer some corriender leaves,1 tbps fresh cream and cook for 2 min |
11. |
- kaju paneer masala is ready to serve |

- garnish it with some fresh cream,fried kaju, cheese and coriander leaves |
