It is a sweet which is high in carbohydrate and gives instant energy. It is a popular gujarati sweet usually made in winters. It is loved by all kids and elders. The same dish is made differently to add to its nutritive value.

Ingredients for Healthy Godpapdy Recipe

# Ingredients
1. 1cup wheat flour
2. 1/2 cup oats powder
3. 2 tbsps jowar flour
4. 3/4 cup almond powder
5. 100 gms dry coconut powder
6. 3 to 4tsps dry ginger powder
7. 1cup grated jaggery
8. 3/4cup ghee
9. 1 tbsps khus khus

Steps of Healthy Godpapdy Recipe

# Steps
1. Heat ghee in a broad vessel
2. Add all the flour and stir until golden brown
3. Remove from the flame
4. Add ginger powder and almond powder and coconut powder
5. Add jaggery and stir to mix well
6. Spread the mixture on a flat plate and smoothen it from top with a steel bowl
7. Sprinkle khus khus on top and allow it to cool
8. Cut it into pieces with knife
9. Serve hot or cold
