1. | 2 large potatoes, peeled |
2. | 1 tbsp oil |
3. | 1/2 tbsp muster seeds |
4. | 2 green chili, sliced |
5. | 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder |
6. | 1/2 tbsp roasted fenugreek seeds powder |
7. | Salt as per Taste |
8. | Coriander, chopped |
Steps of Fried Potato chips Recipe
# | Steps |

1. | Take the potatoes and cut into half and then cut into slice. |
2. | In a pan heat the oil and add muster seeds. When seeds crackle add green chili, turmeric powder, potatoes and salt. Sauté for a minute. |
3. | Cover the lid and cook for 10 minute while sauté in between. |
4. | Add roasted fenugreek seeds powder and coriander and mix well and switch off the flame. |
5. | Transfer into the serving bowl and serve. |
