# Ingredients
1. 250 ml Fresh Curd
2. 3/4 Cup Roasted Foxnuts ( Phool Makana)
3. 1/2 Cup Deseeded Fresh Red Raw Dates (Kharek)
4. 1 tsp Cummin seeds ( Jeera )powder
5. Salt to taste
6. Fresh Coriander leaves ( Kothmari) Finely chopped.

# Steps
1. Whisk Fresh Curd.Keep aside.
2. Wash and Pat dry, Deseed Red Raw Dates (KHAREK)
3. Cut into small pieces.
4. Roast Foxnuts (Phool Makana )in Microwave on quick mode for 3-4mins till crispy
5. Or Can Dry Roast in Kadhai till Crispy.
6. In Mixing bowl add WHISKED Curd Roasted Cummin powder and salt mix well.
7. Add Roasted Foxnuts (Phool Makana) and Chopped Red Raw Dates (Kharek) pieces.
8. Mix well.Garnish with Fresh Chopped Coriander leaves (Kothmari).
9. Serve and Relish this Protein Rich FOXNUTS( PHOOL MAKANA)- FRESH RED RAW DATES (KHAREK ) RAITA as Side Dish.
