Ingredients for Falooda Triffle Recipe

# Ingredients
1. full fat milk 1litre
2. falooda premix Rose flavor 1 packet
3. Whipping cream 250ml
4. Eggless vanilla cake- 4pcs can buy ready but i had shared recipie
5. Rose syrup For garnishing
6. 6 tbsp. Tuttifruti
7. 250 grm. Falooda sev
8. Dryfruits for garnishing
9. 80gms Maida
10. 35 gms Butter
11. 1/2 tbsp. Baking soda
12. 1/2 tea spoon Cooking Soda
13. 200gms Milkmaid
14. 1/4tsp Vanilla essence
15. Water approx 80to1ooml
16. Cheery for garnishing
17. Triffle glasses to serve

Steps of Falooda Triffle Recipe

# Steps
1. For cake all ingredients should be on room temperature
2. Beat butter and milkmaid till fluffy Do not overbeat
3. Sieve maida,baking powder and soda
4. Add slowly half flour to milkmaid add little water.
5. Mix remaining Flour and water as required...
6. Preheat oven at 180 for ten minutes
7. Grease tin and pour batter and bake for around 20min and check if required thn more 5minutes
8. Once bake allow to cool and store in container.
9. For falloda take milk in a pan add falooda premix and allow it to cook till thick in consistency like rabdi consistency.. cool and keep in fridge to set......
10. Boil water and cook falooda sev once cook drain and run in cold water
11. Now whip cream add falooda which is made in advnc add 1tsp rose syrup nd gently fold .allow it to cool
12. Cut vanilla cake inpieces of round shapeas per glass size. Sprinkle with sugar syrup
13. Take triffle glasses,add 1tsp rose syrup,1tsp falloda sev.1tsp tuttifruti ,now fill 3/4 glass with falooda whipped cream add lite tuttifruti now add caKe again fill with falooda whip cream garnish with tuttifruti
14. Allow triffle to set atleast for hour.. Serve chilled
