How to make Dahi Puri ?

Crisp puffed panipuri |
1 cup Date and tamarind chutney |
1 cup curd |
For Filling: |
2 large potatoes, boiled |
1 cup black chickpea |
2 tbsp panipuri masala |
1 tbsp mint and green chili paste |
Black salt as per taste |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup naylon sev |
fresh green coriander leaves, chopped |
Steps of Dahi Puri Recipe

1. | In a bowl mash the potatoes and add black chickpeas, mint chili paste, black salt and panipuri masala. Mix well and keep aside. |
2. | Add salt in a yogurt and whisk well. |
3. | Take puri and break a small hole in centre of crisp puri, fill it with potato filling. And arrange puris on serving plate. |
4. | On the top of filling put curd, Date and tamarind chutney, onion and naylon sev in puri. |
5. | Sprinkle panipuri masala and coriander leaves on the top. |

Pour yogurt in the puri
Add date and Tamarind chutney in the puris
Add finely chopped onion on the top
garnish naylon sev on the puris
Garnish with coriander leaves, yogurt, panipuri masala and pomegranate seeds.
