1. | Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch square baking dish with vegan butter. |
2. | In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. |
3. | In a large bowl, cream together the vegan butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the flax eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. |
4. | Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the unsweetened almond milk, and mix until just combined. |
5. | In a small bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon for the topping. |
