# Ingredients
1. 2 cup wheat floor
2. 2 cup cheese, grated
3. 1 green chili, chopped
4. 2 tbsp. garlic, grated (or as per taste)
5. 1/4 tbsp. chat masala
6. Ghee or oil to shallow fry
7. Salt to taste

Steps of Cheese Garlic Paratha Recipe

# Steps
1. Take the wheat flour and 1/2 tbsp. salt (as per taste) in a bowl and mix well. Knead stiff dough using sufficient water. Cover the dough and keep aside.
2. In a bowl add cheese, garlic, green chili, chat masala and mix well.
3. Divide mixture into eight equal portions and keep aside.
4. Take dough and divide it into eight equal portions.
5. Take one portion and roll in to a small circle about 4 inch diameter.
6. Place one portion of cheese stuffing in the Centre and bring all the sides in to the center and seal tightly.
7. Press little with palm. Again roll it into a 6 inch diameter using little flour.
8. Heat the tawa and place paratha on it. Cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes.
9. Flip the paratha and apply ghee or oil on paratha and shallow fry the paratha.
10. Repeat the same for all portions.
11. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
