8. | 1/4 cup soy sauce |

1. | Rinse and trim the cauliflower, removing the leaves and stem. Chop the cauliflower into small pieces, and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Set aside. |
2. | In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the onion is translucent. |
3. | Add the carrots, peas, and red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly tender. |
