Steps |

-in bowl we add 2 cup maida(all purpose flour) , 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp powder suger,1/2 baking soda and mix it well |

- than we add 1/2 cup dahi,2 tbps oil and gradually ads some water ,, and we make soft dough like chapati dough |

- cover this dough and give rest for 2-3 hours for fermentation process |

- after 3 hrs take some dough and roll round roti with medium thikness |

- now we apply some water on one side of roti ,, when we put roti one tava , this side must be lower side on tava |

-heat tava with medium flame for 2 min and place roti on it and cook for 1 min |
7. |
- now we set gas flame on high and fleep tava for cook other side of roti with gas flame |
8. |
- cook it for 2 min |
9. |
- now we again fleep tava and cook lower side of roti for other 1-2 min |
10. |
- butter roti is ready ,, take it out and apply some butter on it |
