2. 1/2 cup almond flour
3. 1/2 cup sugar
4. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
5. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
6. 1/4 cup almond milk
7. 1 tsp baking powder
8. 1/2 tsp salt
9. 1/2 cup sliced almonds

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, unsweetened applesauce, and almond milk.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5. Fold in the sliced almonds.
6. Shape the dough into a long log about 10 inches long and 3 inches wide.
7. Place the log on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until it's lightly golden brown and firm to the touch.
8. Let the log cool for 10 minutes, then use a sharp serrated knife to slice it diagonally into 12 slices.
9. Place the sliced biscotti back on the baking sheet and bake for another 5-7 minutes on each side until lightly toasted.
10. Remove from the oven and let the biscotti cool completely on a wire rack.
If you don't have almond flour, you can make your own by blending blanched almonds in a food processor until finely ground. For extra almond flavor, you can add a few drops of almond extract to the dough. Make sure to slice the biscotti diagonally to get the classic biscotti shape.
