1. | Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. |
2. | In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. |
3. | In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, unsweetened applesauce, and almond milk. |
4. | Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. |
5. | Fold in the sliced almonds. |
6. | Shape the dough into a long log about 10 inches long and 3 inches wide. |
