4. 2 tbsp lemon juice
5. 1/4 cup olive oil
6. 1/4 cup water
7. 1/2 tsp salt
8. 1/4 tsp black pepper
9. 8 oz pasta of your choice
10. Optional: cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, chopped bell peppers, or any other vegetables of your choice

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. While the pasta is cooking, make the avocado sauce. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
3. Add the minced garlic, chopped basil, lemon juice, olive oil, water, salt, and black pepper to the blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
