3. 2 cloves of garlic, minced
4. 3 tablespoons of flour
5. 2 cups of unsweetened plant-based milk
6. 1 cup of nutritional yeast
7. 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
8. Salt and pepper, to taste
9. Fresh parsley, for serving (optional)

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
4. Gradually add the plant-based milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
5. Stir in the nutritional yeast and lemon juice. Cook until the sauce is thick and creamy, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked pasta and sauce. Mix well to combine.
