Ingredients for Upvas Special Batata Puri Recipe

1. | 500gm boiled mashed potatoes |
2. | 1 cup crushed roasted peanuts |
3. | 1 cup soaked sabudana |
4. | 1 cup arrowroot flour |
5. | 1tsp black pepper powder |
6. | salt to taste |
7. | oil for frying |
8. | 1tsp cumin seeds |
9. | 1 tbsp green chilli paste |

take boiled mashed potatoes in one bowl |

add soaked sabudana |

add crushed peanut |
4. |
add arrowroot flour |
5. |
add salt to taste |

add chilli paste |

add cuminseed |

add chopped corriander leaves |
9. |
add black paper powder |

now mix with light hand, and make tight dough |

apply little oil in your hand and make flat ball |

cover with arrowroot flour |

dip fry in hot oil |

serve hot with Aloo dip |
