3. | 1/2 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste |
4. | 1 tsp sugar |
5. | 8 curry leaves |
6. | 1 tbsp ghee |
7. | 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds |
8. | Rock salt as per taste |
9. | fresh green coriander leaves, chopped |
Steps of Rajgira ki kadhi Recipe

1. | Mix yogurt and rajgira flour in a bowl and whisk well. |
2. | Add 3 cup water, ginger- green chilli paste, sugar, curry leaves and salt and mix well. |
3. | Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the mixture and mix well. |
4. | Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes while stirring continuously. |
5. | low the flame and cook it for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. |
6. | add coriander leaves and mix well and serve hot. |
