4 large potatoes, boiled

2 tbsp oil

4 large green chilies

1/2 tbsp cumin seeds

¼ tbsp asafoetida

Salt to taste

Remove the skin of boiled Potatoes and cut into 1 inch small pieces.

Take grinder jar, add chilies and half cup water and grind to a coarse mixture.
3.
In a pan heat the oil and add cumin seeds. When seeds crackled add asafoetida and mix well.
4.
Add boiled potatoes, salt and mix well. Add grinded chili paste and mix well.
5.
Roughly mash the potato using spatula and mix well.
6.
Add 2 cup water and cook it for five minute on medium flame.
7.
Add fresh green coriander leaves and mix well and switch off the flame.
