Steps |
1. |
take 1/2 cup luke warm water and add 2 tsp suger in it |

add 1 tsp yeast and mix it |

rest this fo 10 min than yeast is active |

add all dry ingredients in bowl |

add 1 tbps oil and yeast water and make dough like chapati dough |

rest this for 1-2 hr |

for paneer tikka take 1/2 cup curd and add all spices and sal, mix it well |

add 100 gram paneer, mix it and rest for 1-2 hr |

after 1-2 hr take 2 tbps pan and add paneer tikka and cook for 10 min both side |

now take big kadai and add salt in it and cover kadai , preheate kadai for 10 min |
11. |
now take dough and make pizza base ,add pizza base in pizza pan , on that apply pizza sauce,toppings,paneer tikka and cheese |
12. |
place pan in kadai and cover kadai , cook pizz for 12-15 min on medium heat |
13. |
pizza is ready |
