Today I will be sharing recipe of Mysore Pak.Its a famous recipe of South India generally prepared during important functions like marriage,birthdays,Diwali etc.You do not need special days to prepare it though .Mysore Pak Recipe needs minimum ingredients and can be made under fifteen minutes too.Hope you like it.

2 cup Besan/Gram Flour

2 cup sugar
3.
1 cup oil
4.
1 cup ghee
Steps of Mysore Pak Recipe

1.
Sieve gram flour /besan.
2.
Grease tray or container with ghee.
3.
Prepare a syrup of sugar of one thread consistency.
4.
Gradually add besan into the syrup.
5.
In another vessel heat oil and ghee.
6.
Now pour hot hot and ghee in regular intervalsinto the besan and sugar syrup.
7.
Soon the mixture will turn porous and leave sides of kadai.It will form a lump.
8.
Now quickly pour the mixture into greased tray.
9.
Mark shapes when hot.
10.
Cut shapes after the Mysore Pak cools completely.
11.
Mysore Pak is ready.
12.
You can store in an air tight container and enjoy for more than a week.
