1. | 150 gm - Puffed rice |
2. | 1 tbsp - ghee or oil |
3. | 250 gm - Jaggery |

1. | Put crumbled jaggery in a pan.Turn on flame.Add 1 tsp oil to it.Stir and melt it on low flame. Break jaggery with spatula and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. |
2. | Keep the flame very off,Put the puffed rice in jaggery. Mix well. |
3. | Grease the hand with water and make ladoo in required size. |
4. | Winter special Crunchy puffed rice sweet balls is ready. You can keep the Ladoo in any container and relish it for 6 months. |
