Ingredients for Moong Dal Laddoo Recipe

1. | 1 cup Split green gram /Moong dal |
2. | 1 cup Sugar |
3. | a handful Cashews /Raisins |
4. | 3 Cardamon |
5. | 5-6 tbsp Clarified butter /Ghee |
Steps of Moong Dal Laddoo Recipe

Dry roast moong dal /split green gram in a wok /kadai for 5 -8 minutes. |

In a blender powder it to fine powder . |
3. |
Sieve it for fine texture. |
4. |
Now in blender powder sugar and cardamon finely. |

Mix gram powder and sugar powder together to form a mixture. |

In a wok heat 2 tsp ghee /clarified butter and roast cashews and raisins. |

Pour this on mixture. |

Now in a wok heat 5-6 tbsp ghee . |

Add this hot ghee on mixture. |

Mix the mixture well and take a portion of mixture on hands and bind laddoos when warm. |

Yummy laddoos made with moong dal is ready. |
