2. | 1 bowl methi leaves |
3. | 1/2 bowl green peas |
4. | 1/2 bowl planeer cubes |
5. | 2tbsp fresh cream |
6. | 1 tsp sugar |
7. | 1 tsp garam masala |
8. | 1 tbsp oil |
9. | 1 tbsp ghee |
10. | Bay leaves |
11. | Dry red chillies |
12. | Salt as per taste |
13. | 6-7 soaked cashews |
14. | 1 tbsp magaz seeds |
15. | 2 cardamom |
16. | 2-3 peppercorns |
17. | Ginger chilly paste |
Steps of Methi Mutter Paneer Recipe

Make paste of soaked cashews,magazine,peppercorn,elaichi and ginger chilly by grinding them |

Take oil and ghee in a pan and heat it,add cumin seeds,bay leaves and dry red chilly allow neeta to crackle |

Add cashew - chilly paste and cook it on medium flame for a minute |

Add salt to it,and methi leaves and milkand frozen peas allow it to cook for 5-7 min |

Add,panner cubes and mix it well |

Add garam masala,sugar simmer it for 2-3 min |

Add fresh cream to it and mix it well |
