Steps |

Remove the skin of bottle gourd and potato and chopped into a small piece. |

Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds. When seeds crackle add asafoetida and green chilli and mix well. |

Add bottle gourd, potato, salt and mix well. |

Add 1 cup water and mix well. Evenly Sprinkle coarse peanut powder on the top and close the lid of pressure cooker. |

Pressure cooks it up to 4 whistles on medium flame or till it cooks completely. |

After steam escapes completely open the lid and add coriander leaves and mix well. |
7. |
Serve hot with curd. |
