2 cup Yogurt (Dahi)

4 tbsp gram flour

1 tbsp ginger – garlic paste

1 tbsp green chili paste
5.
1/4 tbsp mustard seeds
6.
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
7.
1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
8.
5 cloves
9.
10 curry leaves
10.
1/4 tbsp asafoetida
11.
2 tbsp jaggery
12.
2 tbsp ghee
13.
Salt as per taste

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

Steps
1.
Whisk yogurt and gram flour in a deep bowl till no lumps remain.

Add 3 cup water, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and salt and mix well.

Heat ghee in a deep pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When seeds crackles add cloves, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida and mix well.
4.
Add prepared mixture and mix well. Add jaggery and mix well and let the mixture to boil.
5.
When mixture starts boiling reduce the flame and cook it for 10 minutes on slow flame.
