Ingredients for Green Peas Halwa Recipe

1. | 250 gm green peas |
2. | 1/2 cup greated carrot(optional) |
3. | 3/4 cup milk |
4. | 8 to10 raisins |
5. | 5 to 6 almond (cut into thin long pieces) |
6. | 4 to5 pista (cut into thin long pieces) |
7. | A Pinch cardamom powder |
8. | 1tsp ghee |

Steps |

Crush, washed, green peas with milk to make it into a coarse paste. |

Add greated carrots(optional) |

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add green peas and carrot mixture to it. |

Add raisins and stir for 5-6 mins |

Add sugar and stir the mixture for 10-15 mins till it thickens and gets proper consistency to spread on a greased plate |

Spread the mixture on a greased plate and Sprinkle almond and pista on it |

Refrigerate for sometime to cut it into pieces |
8. |
It can be stored for 3-4 days in refrigerated air tight container |
