Ingredients for Fada Lapsi Recipe

1. | 1 cup wheat fada |
2. | 1 cup jaggery |
3. | 2 tbsp. ghee |
4. | 1tbsp. cardamon powder |
5. | 1 tbsp. cinnamon powder |
6. | 2 tbsp. raisins |
7. | 5 Almonds |
8. | 7 to 8 Cashew |
9. | For garnishing: 2 tbsp cashew and almond, chopped |
Steps of Fada Lapsi Recipe

1. | Heat the Pan and add 1and 1/2 glass water in it. |
2. | Add jaggery to thae water and boil it for 10 minutes and keep it aside. |
3. | Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker and add wheat fada and mix it well. |
4. | Cook the fada in ghee for 5 to 7 mints until itchanges to light brown colour. |
5. | Now xix jaggery water to the wheat fada and close the lid of cooker. |
6. | Cook it till 7 whistles and switch off the flame. |
7. | After the steam escapes completely, trasfer it into a plate. |
8. | Mix cashew, raisins, almon, cinnamon powder and cardom powder |
9. | Garnish with chopped almon and cashewnut and Serve. |
