Ingredients for Broken wheat dhokla Recipe

1. | 1 cup broken wheat |
2. | 1/2 cup oats |
3. | 3/4 cup rawa |
4. | 1 and half cup curds |
5. | 1 tsp chilly ginger paste |
6. | 1 Pinch cooking soda |
7. | Salt to taste |
8. | 1 tsp oil |
9. | 3/4tsp hing |
10. | 1/2 tsp red chilly powder |

Mix broken wheat, oats and rawa in a big bowl |

Add 3/4 cup curd and mix well |

Leave the mixture to settle for a one hour |

Once set add salt, ginger chilli paste, soda and oil |

Add remaining curd and stir well to make a smooth better |

Pour it on a greased plate |

Sprinkle red chilli powder on it |

Steam it for 10mins on high flame and 5mins on low flame |

Remove from flame and let it cool |

Cut into pcs and serve hot |

Can be eaten with coriander chutney |
