Ingredients for Broken wheat dhokla Recipe

# Ingredients
1. 1 cup broken wheat
2. 1/2 cup oats
3. 3/4 cup rawa
4. 1 and half cup curds
5. 1 tsp chilly ginger paste
6. 1 Pinch cooking soda
7. Salt to taste
8. 1 tsp oil
9. 3/4tsp hing
10. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

Steps of Broken wheat dhokla Recipe

# Steps
1. Mix broken wheat, oats and rawa in a big bowl
2. Add 3/4 cup curd and mix well
3. Leave the mixture to settle for a one hour
4. Once set add salt, ginger chilli paste, soda and oil
5. Add remaining curd and stir well to make a smooth better
6. Pour it on a greased plate
7. Sprinkle red chilli powder on it
8. Steam it for 10mins on high flame and 5mins on low flame
9. Remove from flame and let it cool
10. Cut into pcs and serve hot
11. Can be eaten with coriander chutney
