2 cup flatten rice (Poha)

1 large potato, boiled and cut into cubes
3.
1 medium onion, chopped
4.
1 green chili, chopped
5.
1 small tomato, chopped
6.
2 tbsp oil
7.
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
8.
1/2 tbsp asafoetida
9.
8 curry leaves
10.
2 tbsp peanut
11.
1 tbsp sugar
12.
Fresh green Coriander leaves, chopped

Salt to taste

1.
Take the flatten rice into sieve and wash it and keep aside.
2.
Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds. When seeds crackle add peanut, curry leaves, asafoetida and chili and sauté for a minute.
3.
Add onion and cook till onion becomes soft and translucence.
4.
Add turmeric powder, potato, tomato, salt and sauté it for two minute.
5.
Add washed flatten rice (Poha) and sugar and mix well. Cook for 2 minute.
6.
Add the coriander leaves and serve (Add lemon if needed).
