AALOO GOBI SABJI / POTATO CAULIFLOWER SABJI
Today I am sharing a recipe of potato and cauliflower sabji.It is a no onion ,no garlic recipe. Its a simple dish but tastes very good.Hope you like it.

Ingredients

2 Potatoes
2.
1 Cauliflower
3.
2 Tomatoes
4.
1 tsp Cumin seeds
5.
1 tsp Oil
6.
2 tsp Red chilli powder
7.
1 tsp Turmeric powder
8.
Salt to taste
Steps of Aaloo Gobi Sabji Recipe

Steps
1.
Chop veggies to small pieces.
2.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds.
3.
Add chopped potatoes and cauliflower.
4.
Add spices.
5.
Mix well.Close the lid and let veggies cook.
6.
Add chopped tomatoes.
7.
When the veggies are cooked add water and cook in high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
8.
Add coriander leaves.
9.
Aaloo gobi sabji /Potato cauliflower sabji is ready.
10.
Serve hot with rotis,pooris or rice and dal.
