Ingredients for Stuffed Ladyfinger (Bharwan Bhindi) Recipe

# Ingredients
1. 250 gram Ladyfinger (Bhindi)
2. 3 tbsp oil
3. 3 tbsp peanut seeds
4. 8 cloves garlic
5. 1 tbsp red chili powder
6. 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
7. 1/4 tbsp sugar
8. 1/2 tbsp coriander- cumin powder
9. 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
10. Salt to taste

Steps of Stuffed Ladyfinger (Bharwan Bhindi) Recipe

# Steps
1. Remove the top and bottom part of Ladyfinger (Bhindi). Slit all the Ladyfinger one side and Keep aside.
2. In a mortal & pestle, add the garlic and red chili powder and pound to a coarse mixture.
3. Again in a mortal & pestle, add peanut seeds and pound to a coarse powder.
4. Take bowl and add peanut powder, turmeric powder, coriander – cumin powder, sugar, prepared garlic chili paste, coriander leaves, salt and 1 tbsp oil and Mix well.
5. Fill the little mixture in the Ladyfinger and keep remaining mixture aside.
6. In a pan heat the remaining oil and Add stuffed Ladyfinger. Cover the pan and cook Ladyfinger for 15 to 20 minute on low flame while sauté in between or till it cooks completely
7. Add remaining Mixture and mix well and sauté it for a minute and switch off the flame.
8. Transfer in to serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
