2 cup fresh coconut, grated

1/4 cup roasted Bengal gram

1/4 cup coconut water

2 green chilies

4-5 curry leaves

1 whole dry red chili, broken

Mix coconut, roasted Bengal gram, green chili, salt in a blender jar and grind to a smooth paste using sufficient water.

Remove the paste in a bowl.

Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black gram splits.
4.
When seeds crackle add curry leaves, dry red chili and switch off the flame.
