Ingredients for Mexican Salsa Recipe

1. | 4 medium fresh red tomatoes |
2. | 1 medium onion, finely chopped |
3. | 2 jalapenos (or large green chili) |
4. | 1/2 tbsp. Lemon juice |
5. | 1/4 cup green coriander, chopped |
6. | 1/2 tbsp. Dried oregano |
7. | Salt as per taste |

Take the tomatoes and wash properly. Heat the water in a pan. |

Make a slit on the bottom side of the tomato and boil it for a minute. |

Take jalapenos and brush them with oil and roast them until the skin blacken. |

Remove the skin of tomatoes and chop them. |

Remove the skin and seeds of jalapenos and chop them. |

Mix tomato, jalapenos, onion, coriander leaves, salt, olive oil in a blender jar and blend for a few second to make a coarse paste. |

Remove it in a bowl and mix lemon juice and stand it for at least two hour. |

Serve with nachos and chips. |
