3. 2 teaspoons (10 g) of baking powder
4. 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of salt
5. 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of ground cinnamon
6. 1/2 cup (120 ml) of non-dairy milk (such as almond or soy)
7. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of vegetable oil
8. 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vanilla extract
9. 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons of water)
10. For the glaze: 1 cup (120 g) of powdered sugar
11. 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 ml) of non-dairy milk
12. 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vanilla extract

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a doughnut pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and flax egg.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Spoon the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the doughnuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the doughnuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
8. For the glaze, in a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Dip each doughnut into the glaze, allowing any excess to drip off.
