5. | 2 bell peppers, sliced |

7. | 2 stalks of celery, sliced |
8. | 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets |
9. | 1/2 cup of snow peas or sugar snap peas |
10. | 1/4 cup of soy sauce |
11. | 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce |
12. | 1 tablespoon of cornstarch |
13. | 2 tablespoons of water |
14. | Salt and pepper, to taste |
Steps of Vegan Stir Fry

1. | Cook the rice according to package instructions. |
2. | In a large wok or skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. |
